The “Customer/Visitor” while browsing and/or scrolling and/or by placing their respective order(s) on either the website and/or the mobile application enters into a direct Agreement with the Jan Swasthya Technologies Pvt and under all the circumstances is duty bound and is under a direct obligation to adhere to and abide by the following terms and conditions i.e.
The “Customer/Visitor” can provide his/her information as per the prescribed format, upload the Doctor’s prescription and can place his/her order directly through the website and/or the mobile application.

The pricing and the discounts (if any) including any offers and schemes for which the products will be sold will be fixed only by the Jan Swasthya Technologies Pvt and will vary depending upon several internal and external factors and as per the business environment as a whole. The product(s) will be not sold over their Maximum Retail Price, however, the packaging and delivery charges are levied additionally.
The “Customer/Visitor” can easily make the payment(s) for the products purchased to the Jan Swasthya Technologies Pvt by way of online payment methods i.e.Net-Banking, RTGS/NEFT, Debit Card and Credit Card or can opt for Cash on Delivery (CoD) service.
Further the “Customer/Visitor” can also make payments to the Jan Swasthya Technologies Pvt by visiting a Third Party Payment Gateway & E-Wallets respectives.
Jan Swasthya Technologies Pvt is neither directly nor indirectly liable and/or responsible for any kind of dispute(s) between the “Customer” and/or the Bank and/or the E-Wallet Portal for the transaction(s) which may and/or may not have happened between them.
The Goods & Services Tax (GST) shall be charged as per the prevailing rates directly from the “Customer”.
There exists no administrative and/or processing fees and/or charges and/or any kind of hidden fee(s) and charge(s).
Once the product(s) is/are shipped then the “Customer” is duty bound and is under a direct obligation to make the payment and/or clear the dues for the product(s) ordered.

What is the time period for return of orders?
We have product specific return policy. The return window ranges from 0-7 days from the date of delivery.

Which Products are not eligible for Returns?
Products Not Eligible for Return- As per terms offered by all the sellers on the Platform, the products shall not be eligible for a return under the following circumstances-

When can I expect the amount to be refunded?
Please note that the refund amount mentioned at the time of return on the Platform is an estimate and will be finalised after completion of verification. Once the pick-up is completed and the product is verified by the seller, a refund of the total amount paid for the products returned by you will be initiated for eligible returns as mentioned above.
Refund will be initiated only post settlement process of the products by the seller
Please note that the verification process may take upto:
a. For Local Cities: 48 hours from the time of pick up from your location.
b. For Other Cities: 8-10 business days from the date of pick up from your location.
If the payment mode was COD or UPI, refund is processed through UPI or Net Banking.
